چکیده
ABSTRACT The global visibility of a singularity as an end state the gravitational collapse spherically symmetric pressureless cloud is investigated. We show existence non-zero measured set parameters: total mass and initial mean density collapsing cloud, giving rise to physically strong globally visible for fixed velocity function. such indicates that stable under small perturbation in data causing its existence. This true marginally well non-marginally bound cases. possibility presence suitable parameters astrophysical setup then studied: (1) singularities’ requirements at centre M87 galaxy our (SgrA*) be are discussed terms size forming them, presuming singularities formed due collapse. (2) requirement primordial configuration after getting detached from background universe time matter-dominated era just matter-radiation equality, visible, discussed. (3) scenario neutron star reaching critical mass, which achieved by accreting supernova ejecta expelled binary companion core progenitor, considered. primary aim this paper can form setups appropriate circumstances.

Rigid Singularity Theorem in Globally Hyperbolic Spacetimes
30 years ago, Penrose-Hawking have shown that spacetimes are geodesically incomplete under some physically reasonable conditions [1] [2] [3] [4]. The generic condition is the key assumption to induce singularities rigidly. Geroch improved these theorems with “no observer horizon” condition in place of the generic condition for the spatially closed universe [5,6]. Here, the “no observer horizon”...
متن کاملGlobally singularity free semi - classical wave functions in closed form
We use a factorisation technique and representations of canonical transformations to construct globally valid closed form expressions without singularities of semi-classical wave functions for arbitrary smooth local potentials over a one-dimensional position space.
متن کاملGlobally Integrated Measurements of the Earth’s Visible Spectral Albedos
Q1 We report spectroscopic observations of the earthshine reflected from theMoon. By applying our well-developed photometry methodology to spectroscopy, we are able to precisely determine the Earth’s reflectance and its variation as a function of wavelength through a single night as the Earth rotates. These data imply that planned regular monitoring of earthshine spectra will yield valuable new...

متن کاملAstrophysical axion bounds: An update
The observed properties of stars and especially the neutrino signal of the supernova 1987A provide an upper limit to the axion mass, while the age and expansion rate of the universe provide a lower limit. There remains a “window of opportunity” 10 eV ∼ < ma ∼ < 10 eV, with large uncertainties on either side, where axions could still exist and where they would provide a significant fraction or a...
